Croftlands
Court self catering cottages and apartments are Situated at Seaville Farm.
Converted from a former 17th Century coach house and stable block, our 4 apartments and 1 cottage retain features, such as open
beamed ceilings, and original stonework.
All of the properties are tastefully
furnished and equipped to a high standard, and may be let singly or together
for larger groups.
The properties are perfectly situated to take advantage of the variety this area
has on offer.
All have double glazing, and full under floor central heating.
They are equipped to a very high standard.

Our laundry room has 2
automatic washers, a drier, and a sink unit with drainer.
There is an
ironing board and iron.
There is a small charge for use of our laundry facilities.
Our wheelchair friendly apartments have widened doorways, and lowered
Kitchen units, and all rooms are on the ground floor.
A welcome pack of
basic groceries is available for a small charge. Typically this could
include bread, eggs, bacon, milk, cheese, tea, coffee and sugar.
Vegetarian or other requirements can be arranged with your booking, or anytime
prior to your arrival.
Please note that in the
interests of all visitors, we operate a non smoking policy in our cottages and
apartments .
No pets please, as this is a working farm.
